TEV Protease, His-tagged (10 units/µL)

Recombinant TEV protease, the catalytic NIa domain of tobacco etch virus, for site-specific removal of affinity tags. Cleaves ENLYFQ↓G and ENLYFQ↓S, works from 4 to 30 °C, and carries a His tag so the protease can be pulled out on IMAC after the cut.
