Find an order
Enter the order reference and the email address the order was placed with. Both have to match. We only ever return that one order.
The reference is the twelve-character code on your confirmation page and at the top of your emailed receipt, for example 8J4KQ2ZR7T1M. Dashes and spaces don’t matter.

One shipping line per order, priced at the worst cold-chain class in your cart. It's shown at checkout, before payment.
Packed in Cambridge
Manufactured and packed in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Orders in before 1pm ET are picked and packed the same business day.

The lot-specific Certificate of Analysis ships with the product and stays available from the documents center.
