Find an order
Enter the order reference and the email address the order was placed with. Both have to match. We only ever return that one order.
The reference is the twelve-character code on your confirmation page and at the top of your emailed receipt, for example 8J4KQ2ZR7T1M. Dashes and spaces don’t matter.

Manufactured and packed in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Orders in before 1pm ET are picked and packed the same business day.

These are contiguous-US starting rates. An order with one dry-ice item ships entirely on dry ice, so you pay one $85 overnight line rather than a surcharge per vial. Alaska/Hawaii, Canada, and international destinations recalculate at checkout; some cold-chain lanes require a quote.
