SUMO Protease (Ulp1), His-tagged (10 units/µL)
Recombinant yeast Ulp1 catalytic domain that cleaves SUMO fusion tags by structure, not by sequence, so it leaves the native N-terminal residue on your protein. Works from 4 to 30 °C and carries a His tag so the protease can be pulled out on IMAC after the cut.

I Overview
Activity-defined at 10 units/µL. 1 unit cleaves ≥90% of 2 µg of the SUMO-fusion control substrate in 1 h at 30 °C in a 20 µL reaction. Applications include SUMO-tag removal, fusion-protein processing.
