High-Fidelity Hot-Start DNA Polymerase with GC Enhancer (2 units/µL)

Hot-start proofreading DNA polymerase for high-GC and long-amplicon PCR. Published single-molecule sequencing puts proofreading archaeal polymerases of this class roughly 30- to 300-fold below Taq in substitution error rate; lots here are released on measured activity, not on a fidelity figure.
