What changes
- Auto-annotation is a state, not an action. The annotation workflow, the modal wizards and the view-mode/edit-mode split are gone.
- Manual annotation becomes a correction in language: “that is not a T7 promoter, it is a T3.”
- Nothing changes a sequence silently. Analysis that only reads, annotation, Tm, ORFs, is ambient and needs no approval; anything that writes is a diff you review.
