Formulation
RPMI-1640 without L-glutamine or D-glucose, with phenol red and sodium bicarbonate. All other ingredients and chemical forms are identical to the paired glutamine-free, glucose-containing formulation.
Water to final volume. Contains no added L-glutamine or glutamine-containing dipeptide. Serum, antibiotics and growth factors are not included.
Use the supplementation and carbon dioxide conditions specified for the cell model. Check final pH and osmolality. This nominal formulation does not establish batch release or validated performance equivalence.
