Formulation
The formulation combines sodium chloride and potassium chloride with a phosphate buffer. It provides an aqueous salt environment for cell washing and for dilutions specified by the user’s method.
Choose this variant when the procedure excludes calcium and magnesium, including washes before some enzymatic cell-detachment steps. The formulation contains no nutrients for sustained cell growth; it is not a replacement for culture medium. Check the requirements of the cell type and the next reagent before use.
