Privacy Policy
Bramante Biologics Corporation
Effective date: April 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bramante Biologics Corporation ("Bramante,"
"we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit
bramante.bio, contact us, sign up for our
newsletter, apply to our design partner program, or interact with our
instruments, reagents, software, or services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If
you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
-
Contact information — your name, email address, phone
number, organization, role, and any other details you include when you
email us, fill out a form, request a quote, or apply to the design partner
program.
-
Newsletter signups — your email address and any
preferences you provide.
-
Order, quote, and partnership records — information about
the instruments and reagents you ask about, evaluate, purchase, or use,
including purchase-order numbers, shipping and billing addresses, and
information you share during design-partner check-ins.
-
Service and support communications — emails, calls, and
tickets in which you reach out for installation, calibration, parts,
repairs, or technical help.
Information collected automatically
-
Standard web logs — when you visit bramante.bio our
hosting provider records standard request information (IP address, user
agent, requested URL, referring page, timestamp). We use this for
diagnostics, security, and aggregate site analytics.
-
Cookies — bramante.bio is a static marketing site and
does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add
analytics or session cookies in the future we will update this Policy
and disclose them at the time.
Information from instruments and software
-
If you choose to enable telemetry, software updates, or remote diagnostics
on a Bramante instrument, we may collect device identifiers, firmware and
software version, configuration, run logs, and performance metrics. The
scope and controls for this data are described in the documentation that
ships with the unit and in the applicable purchase or design-partner
agreement.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries, quotes, and design-partner applications.
- To provide, ship, install, calibrate, service, and support our instruments and reagents.
- To send you operational notices, order updates, and (if you've opted in) our newsletter.
- To improve our products, services, software, and the bramante.bio site.
- To run our business — accounting, billing, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
-
Service providers. We share information with vendors who
operate parts of our business on our behalf — including our website
hosting and CDN provider, email and CRM tools, payment processor,
shipping carriers, and engineering and analytics tooling. These providers
are contractually limited to using the information to provide their
services to us.
-
Affiliates and corporate transactions. We may share
information with our affiliates or in connection with a merger,
acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. If a transaction would change
how your information is handled, we will let you know.
-
Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply
with a valid legal request, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the
rights, safety, and property of Bramante, our customers, our partners,
and the public.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as we have an ongoing
relationship with you (for example, while you are a customer or design
partner), as required to perform the contract or service you have asked
for, and as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting
obligations. We then delete or anonymize it.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse,
unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is
perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information transmitted to
or stored with us will be free from unauthorized access in every
circumstance.
6. Your choices
-
Email and newsletter. You can opt out of marketing
emails at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us at
founders@bramantebio.com.
We will continue to send operational messages (for example, order or
service updates).
-
Access, correction, deletion. You can ask us to
confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or
to delete it. Email
founders@bramantebio.com and
we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to our legal record-keeping
obligations.
-
Cookies. You can configure your browser to block
cookies. Because bramante.bio does not currently set tracking cookies,
this setting will have no material effect on the site today.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act
("CCPA") gives you specific rights regarding your personal information,
including the right to know what we have collected, the right to request
deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising
those rights. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United
Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you may also have
rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and
objection. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at
founders@bramantebio.com.
7. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for life-sciences professionals and are not
directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your
jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information,
please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International users
Bramante Biologics Corporation is based in the United States. If you use
the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your
information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United
States.
9. Changes to this Policy

Policy at this URL and update the effective date above. Your continued
use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of
